Position: Client Service Manager
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the right hand to the owner, supporting his extensive book of business
· Handle client service requests, including moving money and onboarding new clients
· Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
· Manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
· Oversee meeting preparation and follow-up, ensuring all client interactions are smooth and professional
· Maintain detailed and accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
· Work onsite, hybrid or even fully remote, setting an example for the team with a strong leadership presence
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience at an RIA or large firm (e.g., Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley)
· Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients ($5 million+)
· Series 65 or 66 or CFP certification
· Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience may be considered)
· Proficiency with RedTail, Schwab & Fidelity, Orion, Microsoft Suite, and RingCentral
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
· High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
