We are looking to add a Training and Technical Support Specialist role to our team who can help set clients up for immediate success, troubleshoot issues, and is looking to become a general expert on a broad range of software solutions, including mechanical and electrical design, simulation, manufacturing, and more

Responsibilities:

· Field technical support phone calls and emails and provide resolutions to client issues

· Maintain CRM with latest client facing activities

· Create technical content (blogs, YouTube videos, etc.) to promote successful education or aid in technical troubleshooting

· Engage in technical communities and user groups surrounding partner solutions

· Develop and maintain training curriculum and content

· Execute scheduling, attendance management, and other administrative tasks necessary for training courses

· Be a SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE Works expert to discuss and educate on the products internally and externally

· Lead live client-facing training sessions

· Keep internal and external teams up to date on latest product updates

· Continuous development with training and certifications


Requirements:

· Strong problem solving skills

· High emotional intelligence and empathy to understand client point of view

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· 2+ Years of SOLIDWORKS experience

· Experience with SOLIDWORKS PDM or alternative data management/lifecycle management systems

· Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks and long term projects both individually and as a team


Desirable:

· 1+ years of 3DEXPERIENCE experience

· Manufacturing or automation industry experience

· FEA/CFD experience

· Electrical schematic experience


Schedule:

· 8 Hour Shift (Pacific time zone)

· Monday-Friday


Work Location:

· Remote with occasional travel
