Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Tech to join our clients team. The Desktop Support Tech is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. You will handle technical assistance to end users (both externally and internally) and support the Windows 11 migration. This role is highly customer-facing with external and executive users.


Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $25-30

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
