Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Litigation Paralegal at Paul Law Offices. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for client contact throughout the intake and litigation process, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting with trial preparation.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal court and California state court procedures is a plus but can be learned on the job;
  • Knowledge of federal court ECF filing system;
  • Enjoy working with people;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in litigation support or paralegal work is preferred
  • Knowledge of Clio software or willing to learn
  • California paralegal certificate a plus or willing to learn
