Job Title: Technical Program/Project Manager

Pay: $65.00 - 75.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 12-months

Schedule: 40hrs/week // 9am-5pm

Location: 100% Onsite in Seattle, WA


Our client is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join their team in Seattle. In this role, you will oversee the coordination and completion of various programs and projects, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within scope. You will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and reporting project progress to upper management. This position will challenge you to leverage both your technical and analytical skills, while interacting with cross-functional teams and contributing to business strategy through data-driven insights.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full project life cycle: planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects
  • Set and track project timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Prepare detailed reports on project/program status and present to upper management
  • Build frameworks based on brand feedback and address feature gaps
  • Collaborate with teams on driving variations for program-detail twister page frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business (MBA), Math, Engineering, or Science preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in Excel and SQL, Advanced proficiency required
  • Experience interpreting P&L statements and financial data aggregation
  • Lean/Six-Sigma certification is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments, balancing tactical and strategic responsibilities
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align projects with business goals
