We are looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in an HR Manager role with at least 3 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing plant environment in an HR capacity. The person filling in this position would be primarily responsible for 4 reps. 2 senior HR generalists, 1 HR Gen II, and 1 junior HR Generalist.


Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

No 3rd Party Vendors are allowed


This is a direct hire role and need someone to work onsite in Mesa AZ.

Candidates must have HR experience in the Automotive Manufactuing space.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to handle employee consultation processes and support change management in a highly transformational environment
  • Assist managers with all people issues, shaping, aligning, and driving HR interventions
  • Apply core HR processes such as Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, People Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Health & Wellbeing
  • Advocate for standardization in HR policy execution to achieve operational excellence. Act as a sparring partner for plant management on local business implications and solutions Counsel managers/employees on employee relations procedures and support local organizational capabilities development
  • Provide expertise and leadership for the full HR function, including resource planning & budgeting, compensation & benefits, performance management, career & talent development, recruitment, training & development, and labor relations
  • Participate in business and strategic planning to ensure the proper utilization of human resources in achieving business goals and objectives
  • Implement and enforce HR strategies and ensure compliance with HR standards/guidelines/policies
  • Develop and execute employee relations strategies while balancing competitiveness with employee advocacy
  • Oversee the annual organization and people review process, including department organization, succession planning, employee satisfaction surveys, and employee training
  • Develop career paths, ensure sufficient employee qualifications, and oversee Leadership, Manufacturing, Technical, and Professional skills training
  • Supervise and develop the local HR team and support change initiatives
  • Address labor issues and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and implement best practices in HR management.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing HR experience and 3+ years of Hr experience in a automotive manufacturing plant
  • Demonstrated success in developing and applying HR policies, recruitment & staffing, and talent development
