This role provides essential technical support for day-to-day business operations. The IT Support Specialist will deliver on-site assistance with software and hardware systems, adhering to established service level agreements.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for users, resolving issues related to email, Office 365, internet, printing, and general software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop computer issues.
  • Maintain and monitor workstations, servers, and networks to proactively identify and address problems.
  • Install, maintain, and manage security systems (cameras, access control, alarms).
  • Implement and utilize helpdesk, network monitoring, and asset management tools.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and user support.
  • Experience with network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
