Our client, a Pharmaceutical Advertising agency in NYC is seeking multiple Freelance Pharmaceutical Advertising Copywriters of all levels starting soon.


Responsibilities:


  • Create compelling, high-quality copy for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences.
  • Develop clear and engaging messaging for multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful creative execution.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and conceptual development of advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with overall brand strategy, regulatory requirements, and client goals.
  • Adapt tone and language to suit diverse target audiences, including patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough research on the vaccines, competitive landscape, and target audience insights.
  • Ensure all copy is compliant with industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA requirements.
  • Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to secure necessary approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews, providing strategic insights and creative solutions.
  • Revise and refine copy based on client feedback, data-driven insights, and testing outcomes.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a copywriter at the Associate Creative Director (ACD) level in pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Expertise in both DTC and HCP communications.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory constraints.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into clear, persuasive, and patient-friendly language.
  • Experience working on vaccine campaigns is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation and familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies.
