What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert IT support, ensuring seamless operation of computer systems.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our users.
  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, focusing on security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to support various technology projects.


Requirements & Professional Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen: Must be eligible and able to pass a federal background check.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • Education: (Minimum) Associate's degree in Computer Science is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Enterprise) and Microsoft Office Suite products is essential.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ with a minimum IAT Level II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M; Additional certifications such as CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP are highly valued.
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF) computer programs and policies is highly desired.
