The Company designs and distributes branded products across multiple categories and is a preferred partner for national retailers looking to optimize inventory and expand online product offerings.


Responsibilities


- Conduct and manage Training Sessions

- Oversee the Onboarding process, ensuring all checklists are followed meticulously.

- Initiate "Getting to Know You" sessions to welcome new hires.

- Coordinate New Hire Welcome Swag and Orientation Presentations.

- Handle I-9, E-Verify, and pre-screening processes for employment eligibility.

- Facilitate effective communication with new hires.

- Exhibit expertise in Budget Management, including company credit card oversight.

- Plan and organize company events

- Manage the KNS brand Swag

- Efficiently manage calendars

- Ensure smooth Office Maintenance and manage Office Supplies.

- Support CEO in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, scheduling, and facilitating action-oriented meetings.


Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

- Prior experience with HR Software, with Paycom being highly desirable.

- Capable of working independently with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.

- Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- A professional who acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times.

- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid


Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
