Robert Half is partnering with a leading SVOD platform focused on empowering an evolution in consciousness, currently seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist. With over 8,000+ original programs, licensed docs, and films covering topics like yoga, spirituality, and the esoteric, the company offers a transformative experience to its global conscious community.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing engaging email marketing campaigns that drive conversion and boost member engagement. Collaborating with the in-house creative team, you will ideate, test, and optimize compelling email content and user experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing campaigns across various channels, conducting A/B testing, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.


This position is 5x/week on-site in Louisville, CO.

The pay band is between $60k - $120k / year, DOE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive conversion and member engagement through email marketing.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns across multiple channels, including member email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Ideate and conduct A/B testing of email marketing content, including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop engaging assets that drive results.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing privacy and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Use email marketing software to manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and automate campaigns.
  • Monitor email marketing KPIs, prepare reporting, and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, regulations, and tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact (Emarsys experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Louisville, CO.
  • US citizenship or an existing work visa is required.
