The SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant will be responsible for working on


new Projects, enhancements and support requests for SuccessFactors Compensation


Management. The candidate must have expert level skills in creating and managing new


Compensation Plans for Merit Increase, Incentive/ Bonus Planning and variable pay with


complex requirements and calculations. This also includes coordination with business,


understanding the pain points, issue resolution within SLA and solution designing for new


processes.


The position is 100% On-site. A commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence with


a focus on the customer is essential. As part of an international renowned organization, the


selected candidate will get a good experience with HR processes and technologies.


Job Responsibilities:


 Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business to understand and capture


the requirements into formal documents/ workbooks.


 Design and implement compensation plans, including salary structures, merit increase


bonuses, incentives and variable pay.


 Analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and equity.


 Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Compensation module to meet


organizational needs.


 Integration of Compensation Management with other SuccessFactors modules


including Performance & Goals and Employee Central.


 Ensure all compensation practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.


 Generate and analyze reports on compensation metrics.


 Development and execution of test scripts.


 Conduct UAT and End-user trainings.


 Quality assurance of configured system processes.


 Ensuring minimal business impact in case of Production issues.


 Support HR Department in day-to-day business operations.


 Solution designing and demonstration based on upgraded product features.


 Assist with special projects.


Job Requirements:


 Minimum 8 years of experience working with HR systems particularly SAP/


SuccessFactors.


 At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Compensation


Management


 At least 1 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central


 Expertise in security and role management of SuccessFactors.


Classification: General Use


 Certification in Employee Central and Compensation Management is a must


 At least 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors with focus on Compensation


Management


 Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills


 Proficient PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite


 Flexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time


constraints.
