We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach to hair loss doctors and clinics.


Located in Cleveland OH, we are dedicated to helping individuals achieve amazing, thick, and full head of hair for life.


Role Description

This is a full-time role as B-2-B Sales Representative at My HairSmart in Highland Heights, OH.


  • Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Hairsmart's laser cap and hair loss products to hair loss doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Market Research - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay informed about competitors' activities.
  • Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Presentations- Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Hairsmart products.
  • Sales Targets - Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • -Customer Support - Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis- Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the hair loss industry - selling to hair transplant surgeons, medusas, aesthetic industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
