  • Use SQL programming skills to perform data transformations, merge datasets, filter data, create tables, and perform basic to advanced analytics.
  • Develop models, visualizations, and reports of data in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Track and report on Medicaid claims data for use by staff in monitoring program activity
  • Assist with the transition and migration from Access databases to other platforms.



Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Quantitative, Mathematics or Healthcare
  • 3+ years of data analysis and report generation
  • Knowledgeable about Medicaid claims data
  • Experience communicating data and analysis results to non-technical team members.
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong ability to investigate data to find patterns and trends.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports when working under short deadlines.
