The Communications Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional fashion and performing complex review of documents to provide excellent customer service all while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the claims data. The candidates assist callers with general questions about the project, help callers register and/or navigate the portal, and escalate the call when needed.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 1 year minimum of CSR experience - Healthcare, claims, medical billing​
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite – excel specifically ​
  • Strong customer facing experience - great verbal communication
