· Experience working within managed care provider setting (coding, billing, etc.)


Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for a Inbound Call Center Representative. This person will be taking 30-40 inbound calls on average from providers and/or patients and walking through their healthcare insurance. Training is provided and will be 6-8 weeks, potential for remote after 90 days. This person will be measured on KPI's and standards of the contract. This will be a 4-month contract with extensions and possible hire.


Selling points:

· Our client is the single largest hospital in the state of Virginia and the single largest private employer in the state of Virginia.
