Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and tenacious Field Sales Representativer to help expand our brand, Machu Picchu Energy. The ideal candidate should possess high energy, excel in maintaining and building strong client relationships and be able to work effectively with a team of sales professionals.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Pitch Machu Picchu to an assigned list of accounts - hitting around 15-20 accounts per day.
  • Manage relationships with current accounts, including calling and visiting retail and food service customers regularly.
  • Build and maintain partnerships relationships with DSD sales teams through ride alongs and work withs and frquent commincation.
  • Provide daily & weekly reports to the management team on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and other merchandising components
  • Maintain good understanding of our products, pricing, margin structure, and promo strategies


Qualifications / Requirements

  • Self-led, resourceful, and committed to creating the next big product in the Yerba Mate category.
  • Experience in Field Sales preffered, ideally in beverage. However will consider applicants who want to break into the industry and have great drive and passion to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with DSD partners and in Store Teams.
  • Flexibility to attend events as required.
  • Have access to and can use a car.
  • Live in Los Angeles.
  • This position will be 5 days in the field prospecting into new accounts.
