We are looking for a Sales and Client liaison assistant that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work directly with our head of National Sales, providing customer service and support and assisting in sales. The role is complete administration support as the face of Future Glass. You will assist in building the ideal team dedicated to documenting, processing and preparing orders for shipment, along with exceptional customer service.


The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. The candidate will be handling a high volume of orders. The candidate will also assist with various office duties such as mail, printing documents, handling cancelations etc. You will be overseeing that all Order Preparations are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The candidate should be an independent thinker capable of consistently achieving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is extremely organized, values being part of a small team, and is reliable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Process and prepare high volume orders and quotes daily, via phone, emails and text
  • Maintain broad knowledge product and services
  • Listen to customer requirements and offer solutions
  • Document customer interactions
  • Receive and process payments
  • Service customers with outbound calls and emails
  • Respond to all inquires promptly
  • Maintain and grow sales with increasing customer base, nationally
  • Build relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met
  • Work closely with outside sales
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Solve challenges by gathering information, evaluating possible solutions and presenting options
  • Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of orders in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulously process orders and record issues as needed with accuracy
  • Assist Management where required
  • Responsible for additional tasks as assigned/needed.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to perform basic math. Excel experience a plus
  • Works well both within a team and alone
  • Well- organized, detail-oriented and have problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starter, team-player, flexible to the work load
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Ability to meet timelines with accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Have excellent communication skills with colleagues and customer, both oral and written
  • Must be able to handle high volume order preparation
  • Possess reliability, commitment, integrity and initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude in achieving results / no task 'too small or big' mentality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
