Position Summary:

The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest-growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses. We are looking for a Manager, Supplemental Benefits Financial Insights & Analysis to join our team in an essential role as CVS expands its offerings in this space. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas including cross-functional project management, strategic analysis, client-facing responsibilities, financial planning, forecasting, and internal/external stakeholder management.


You will work closely with cross functional partners across CVS retail and our payor agnostic client base. Scope will range from financial budgeting and forecasting, client specific analytics, to traditional merchandising aspects of building our OTCHS assortment. Additionally, we support A/B tests and other creative analysis under the supplemental benefits umbrella. This team embraces new perspective any we welcome any strategic plans that come from the analytic insights we deliver.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with supplemental benefits ecosystem partners and clients to build short- and long-term strategies that align with business and enterprise priorities
  • Take raw sales, item, client, or channel data, organize, test and derive insights to tell a compelling story
  • Proactive delivery of insights driven from analytics, forecasting, or macro marketplace trends
  • Drive operational project management, working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, inventory, analytics, and product teams
  • Navigate the day-to-day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, and timelines
  • Own and manage end to end project delivery
  • Synthesize insights and data to ensure that CVS Health leads the market in supplemental benefits for our clients and key partners
  • Prepare high-quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analytics
  • 1+ year in merchandising or a merchandising equivalent role
  • Forecasting and Profit & Loss Statement experience
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)
  • Ability to be onsite in Woonsocket, RI, 3 days a week


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Corporate healthcare experience: payor, provider, retail category leadership
  • Demonstrated influencer with curious, impact-driving mindset in a fast-paced matrix organization

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
