Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investor Relations and Financial Analyst to join our company. We’ve built a fantastic team, put our product into production, and gearing up for substantial fundraising/scaling.

Description of Role:

The Investor Relations and Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in substantiating our value proposition and supporting fundraising efforts. It involves working closely with the executive team to provide detailed financial analysis, develop financial projections, and create impactful fundraising materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within the proptech or real estate startup environments and a passion for driving financial strategies in a fast-paced, innovative setting.


This role offers substantial opportunity to move up into leadership positions within the financial department.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of financial strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of our startup.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to substantiate our value proposition.
  • Assist in crafting compelling financial narratives and presentations to engage potential investors.
  • Develop and refine financial projections to support fundraising efforts.
  • Take a hands-on approach in preparing fundraising materials, including financial models and pitch presentations.
  • Identify and research potential investors within the proptech investment ecosystem.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial analysis within PROPTECH / Real Estate startup environments.
  • Proven success in supporting fundraising efforts for startups.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis in a startup context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Salary: $140,000+ post-funding (Salary kicks in after funding/revenue target)
