Position Overview:

As the Head of Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and enhancement of semiconductor fabrication facilities. From cleanroom design to operational planning and cost management, you will oversee all aspects of the production process. This role calls for an exceptional leader who can collaborate seamlessly with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams, all while driving innovation and efficiency across production lines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Facility and Process Design: Lead the design and construction of semiconductor fabrication facilities, ensuring cleanroom standards, process layout, and equipment selection are optimized for advanced semiconductor production.

• Operational Leadership: Establish and oversee daily operations, including wafer fabrication, process testing, and quality assurance, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to integrate cutting-edge manufacturing processes that reduce time-to-market and improve product quality.

• Optimization and Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to streamline manufacturing processes, maximize production yields, and reduce costs across multiple production lines.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and process specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. Candidates with extensive experience and a Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.

• Industry Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment, with deep expertise in process engineering, cleanroom standards, and production planning.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record managing large-scale, high-tech manufacturing projects and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and advanced quality control in cleanroom settings.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and solve technical challenges to ensure optimal production yield and operational efficiency.
