Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing company in Phoenix, Arizona. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base while ensuring the satisfaction of existing customer. This individual will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring their needs are met. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 Years of experience as an Project Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Strong Communication & Detail Orientation
  • High level of adaptability and resilience
  • Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the Cosmetics Industry


Responsibilities may include:

* Identify and pursue business opportunities to grow our existing customer base.

* Lead and manage the internal account management process, providing direction and support.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional department heads, fostering effective communication and collaboration in support of our customers.

* Collaborate with Customer Operations to ensure orders and communications meet or exceed customer expectations.


Compensation

$35/hr-$45/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
