Objectives and Responsibilities of This Role


  • Meet with customers at their home or business as scheduled for you
  • Confidently discuss project needs and solutions with customers
  • Conduct inspections in order to identify and diagnose foundation and concrete issues
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates
  • Present and explain solutions to customers
  • Sell our solutions to customers to fix their foundation and concrete issues
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing our proven sales process
  • Report on sales activity through our CRM database
  • Follow-up on all lost bids to close or identify reasons for not closing
  • Attend weekly sales department meetings and trainings


Qualifications For This Role


  • Be comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary
  • One more years of sales experience within a similar industry
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Skill in operating computer software and be technology savvy
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Be able to and comfortable with entering a crawl space underneath a house
  • Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
