Responsibilities:

  • Track pipeline of upcoming loan closings, drawdowns, payoffs, and restructures/amendments
  • Support loan closing processes: trade capture, data management, cash management, manage position/cash discrepancies
  • Ensuring funding needs are met in a timely manner
  • Verify loan details are reflected accurately across internal systems and with 3rd party administrator
  • Address requests from the portfolio management team
  • Participate in projects in order to enhance efficiency


Experience:

  • 8+ years of full-time experience with bank debt and/or CLO operations experience with an investment manager, fund administrator, trustee or similar
  • Experience with extracting loan details from credit agreements
  • Experience with managing/processing of lifecycle events for loans and various types of loan facilities
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience with WSO, Geneva, order management systems is preferred
