Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and ensure the execution of assigned projects
  • Report the status, health, and progress of overall deliverables to stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation for executive reporting
  • Develop presentations for communication to senior leadership
  • Ensure proper and timely risk management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Real Estate, HR, Legal, Technology, and other business units to drive project execution
  • Execute post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Attend meetings to track milestones, updates, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and any delays or risks are communicated promptly


Role Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management, including 4 years in business or sales operational fields. Direct experience opening retail, business offices, or other locations is a huge plus
  • Clear understanding of the lean framework
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. Equivalent education or experience is required
  • Proven track record of owning and executing cross-functional initiatives, projects, or programs and delivering results
  • Proficient in Smartsheets
