Executive Assistant


Pride Health is hiring an Executive Assistant for one of its clients in Massachusetts.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.


Location – Boston, Massachusetts (02118)

Length of assignment – 3 months (Possibility of an extension)

Pay range - $35 - $39 per hour.

Shift – Monday - Friday


Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, exceptional administrative skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.


Job Duties

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and phone calls professionally.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives within the healthcare domain. Track progress and report on project status.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage confidential documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all administrative practices comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Patient and Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and requests from patients and clients professionally and empathetically, ensuring a high standard of customer service.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of prior experience supporting an executive leader.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skills and know-how on how to support an executive leader
