Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Manage the payment of services and ensure timely transactions.
- Petty Cash Management: Maintain and oversee petty cash funds, ensuring accurate records.
- Purchasing: Handle minor purchases, including supplies and equipment, to support office needs.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll using Paycom and manage the payroll process with the staff agency. Serve as the first point of contact with the staff agency.
- Janitorial Services: Supervise janitorial staff to maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
- Record Maintenance: Keep organized records and documentation, including receipts, invoices, and payroll information.
- Suppliers Management: Communicate with service suppliers, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assistance to Management: Provide support to management as needed, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; additional courses in administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll software, particularly Paycom.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
