PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Master's Degree
Administrator Certification

Possess a deep understanding of organizational change, conflict resolution, and facilitation techniques.

Ability to supervise and assess all staff while creating professional development plans for educators.
Demonstrate expertise in leading the development and implementation of an effective instructional framework.
Understand classroom management theories and techniques.
Show proficiency in budget management for the campus.
Utilize technology effectively in the educational environment and leverage data for informed decision-making.
Comprehend research methodologies, including data gathering, analysis, and interpretation.
Demonstrate the ability to create and execute strategic improvement plans for the campus.
Appreciate and understand diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, contributing to an inclusive environment.
Possess knowledge of school climate assessment methods.
Understand child development principles thoroughly.
Collaboratively manage student records, support services, and categorical programs.
Be well-versed in all policies and procedures relevant to the district.
Effectively analyze data to inform instructional planning.

EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
Successful background as a classroom educator.
Alternative qualifications may be considered as deemed appropriate by the administration.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assume administrative oversight, under the direction of the Superintendent or designated representative, for educational planning, discipline management, and evaluation of educational programs.

Develop a streamlined process for interviewing candidates for campus roles to ensure optimal personnel placement.
Provide recommendations to the Superintendent regarding the assignment, evaluation, promotion, and dismissal of all staff within the school unit.

Collaboratively establish the goals and objectives of the instructional program in alignment with district policies and educational philosophy.

Encourage faculty professional development by collaborating with the instructional department to organize impactful staff development initiatives tailored to the needs of educators.

Lead the planning and execution of testing, evaluation, and guidance programs that cater to the diverse needs of students while meeting accreditation standards.

Collaborate in the development and assessment of a proactive Crisis Management Plan.

Facilitate the establishment of an effective Site-Based Team on the campus.

Oversee the organization and administration of extracurricular programs to nurture students' interests and talents.

Prepare all necessary reports for relevant educational agencies and the Superintendent.

Implement collaborative management of student records and support services/programs.
Supervise student registration and maintain accurate records, including attendance and disciplinary actions.
Conduct periodic inspections of school facilities, submitting requests for maintenance and improvements as needed.

Act as custodian for all educational materials and property assigned to the school, maintaining precise inventory records.

Oversee all financial transactions for the campus, ensuring accurate record-keeping for audits.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Frequent travel for district-wide activities.
Variable and extended working hours.
