Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the marketing team.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate marketing activities.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing materials.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the marketing office is organized.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and provide support to clients and customers as needed.
  • Social Media Assistance: Help manage and update the company’s social media accounts.

Qualifications required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or business administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing department

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms is a plus


Compensation:

$20-$25hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
