Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the e-commerce director in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify any potential delays or obstacles.
  4. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitate communication between team members, and provide regular updates on project status.
  5. Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  7. Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project expenses, track budget utilization, and report on variances.
  8. Team Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing logistics, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
