About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-paced company looking for a talented Junior-Mid Level Recruiter to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about finding the best talent to help us grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Recruiting Metrics: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. Be prepared to discuss your previous metrics and how they influenced your recruitment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and with minimal oversight. Show initiative in finding solutions and improving processes.
- Data Utilization: Understand how to use data to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Always be willing to ask questions and seek help when needed. Strive for continuous improvement in your recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with previous tech companies or agency background
- Roles: Experience recruiting Data Center, Research Scientists, Machine learning and more
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics.
- Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

- Hybrid: This position requires being in the office 1-2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
