Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Recruiting Metrics: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. Be prepared to discuss your previous metrics and how they influenced your recruitment strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and with minimal oversight. Show initiative in finding solutions and improving processes.
  • Data Utilization: Understand how to use data to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Always be willing to ask questions and seek help when needed. Strive for continuous improvement in your recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably with previous tech companies or agency background
  • Roles: Experience recruiting Data Center, Research Scientists, Machine learning and more
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics.
  • Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Hybrid: This position requires being in the office 1-2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
