Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an Aftermarket Sales role which entails driving sales growth within a specific territory by establishing, overseeing, and nurturing accounts. Emphasis is placed on enhancing the efficiency and reliability of customer equipment, thereby alleviating concerns from their day-to-day operations. This position requires active engagement with customers to foster and uphold robust relationships across all levels of the organization. Additionally, the Aftermarket Sales professional will engage with head engineers and maintenance personnel to promote the sale of aftermarket products associated with boilers and steam systems.


Location: Jacksonville, Florida – Onsite



Responsibilities

  • Meet and/or exceed annual sales goals
  • Generate and cultivate new customers, businesses, and relationships
  • Troubleshoot and evaluate systems to make recommendations for system corrections, improvements, and upgrades
  • Utilize computer skills to create presentations, reports, territory trends, job logs, CRM updates, OneNotes, etc.
  • Serve as a strategic resource to customers relative to product, operations, regulation compliance, availability, and expertise of manpower to perform upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
  • Promote preventative maintenance contracts and other strategic product initiatives
  • Be current and engaged in continuous education to know the products, markets, competition, codes, trends, etc.
  • Be able to successfully handle the advancement and completion of multiple simultaneous customer projects
  • Generate quotes and perform follow-up activities



Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of prior outside sales experience with capital equipment/parts with industry-specific experience a plus.
  • Technical Degree in HVAC or Business Management preferred
  • Must have a good understanding of Parts and Capital Equipment.
  • Understanding of Boilers is a big bonus but not required.

Commission: OTE between $130k-$160k
