Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Develop and meticulously manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee project planning, documentation, and clear communication to all stakeholders, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
  • Secure, manage, and effectively collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure optimal project resource allocation.
  • Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Industrial/Mission Critical construction projects is a strong plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong focus on achieving project goals.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
