Project Manager 2 (1014)

Hybrid (Austin, Texas- Position will be 4 days remote with 1 day (Tuesdays) required to be onsite)

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum Requirements:

Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.


Required Skills:

7 Years - Experience in management of large-scale projects with significant technology components, including system integration, resource management, procurement transition and vendor management.

7 Years - Experience overseeing the planning and execution of major projects, including facilitation and documentation of high-level critical path dependencies across multiple projects.

5 Years - Demonstrated ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions; to develop and evaluate policies and procedures; to prepare reports; and to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others.

5 Years - Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on tight deadlines

5 Years - Experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussion between multiple stakeholder groups, including vendors.

5 Years - Ability to establish project goals and objectives that support the State and HHS strategic plans as well as federal directives.

5 Years - Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.

5 Years - Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently perform a variety of complicated tasks; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

5 Years - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

5 Years - Excellent oral and written communication skills

5 Years - Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.


Preferred Skills:

4 Years - Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems, including Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

2 Years - Experience with Texas Health and Human Services programs.

1 Years - PMI ACP, PMI PMP, or SAFe Agile Certification
