RTW Sales Specialist

Our client, a globally recognized ready to wear luxury fashion brand, is hiring a RTW Sales Specialist to join their team at their boutique in South Coast Plaza. The ideal candidate for this role has a deep interest within the RTW and bridal industries. Previous bridal experience is preferred but not required, however applicants should have previous luxury sales experience in RTW and special occasion.
Job Duties Include:
- Meet and exceed sales goals while continually increasing sales and further cultivating client relationships
- Display a strong attention to detail for customer needs to be able to make accurate product recommendations
- Ability to ensure the highest level of customer service at all times while acting as a brand ambassador for the company
- Guarantee cross and up-selling amongst all product categories
- Optimize all opportunities to grow your client book and acquire new clients
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience in Luxury Sales with a proven sales record
- Ability to feel confident in selling a minimum of $1M a year
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the Bridal special order process is a plus
- Ability to communicate garment fit and construction to clients
- Strong communication and customer skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of client needs and expectations
- Ability to stand for duration of shift & lift up to 50lbs.
Pay: $20-25/hr plus commission
