The Human Resources Business Partner operates as a strategic business partner to ensure Human Resource strategies are aligned with business objectives within dynamic distribution centers supporting high profile, nationally recognized customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Partners with operations to advise appropriate resolution for associate relations issues.
  • Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
  • Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions at the operation.
  • Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.
  • Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
  • Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred.
  • SHRM CP-SCP/PHR/SPHR helpful.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a diverse environment.
  • 5+ years with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 5+ years strong recruitment experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule within a 24/7 operation.
  • Ability to travel between Aurora, CO and Colorado Springs, CO
