We are actively looking for an administrative assistant to support an amazing organization on a contract basis.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize advanced software proficiency to create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Facilitate seamless communication among team members and external partners through clear and professional email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and effectively liaising between departments.

Requirements:

  • Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in tasks such as proofreading documents, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
  • Competency in using office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and calendar applications. Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers is also important.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality is vital in many administrative roles.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team goals, even if it means stepping beyond typical administrative duties.
  • High school diploma or associate degree in business administration or a related field can be beneficial. Additionally, certifications in office software or administrative skills is a PLUS
