Museum Advancement Associate

The Choice, Inc. is seeking an Advancement Associate for our amazing client- a renowned and highly regarded educational institution in Washington, DC.
The Advancement Associate is a long term contract opportunity (multi-year contract) with a prominent museum.
Candidates must have:
- Ability to work hybrid schedule- approximately 2 days on site in downtown DC plus some additional events throughout the year as needed
- Previous experience working in a CRM
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
Job Duties will include:
- Assist with the preparation of member mailings
- Directly and in coordination with mail and call center vendors, assess and respond to member inquires made by email, direct mail and phone
- Liaise with Advancement/Development Operations to resolve financial inquiries
- Retrieve, analyze and redistribute member mail through an online database
- Perform data entry:
- Record and update data in various databases
- Run reports
- Record and document processes within the Membership program
- Manage matching gift applications for submission for Advancement/Development Operations
- Provide additional support as needed for the preparation and management of special events
- Provide administrative support as needed
