Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

  • Provide and perform routine Oracle R12.1.3 functional support, management, and maintenance
  • Work as an intermediary to discover and define new business process requirements
  • Support the entire process of design for Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Returns
  • Collaborate with the Development team through all phases (i.e. Design, Test, Production)
  • Assist in project planning, resource planning, solution review, and change of management techniques
  • Coordinate with process stakeholders and developers for Aftermarket locations


Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of overall ERP experience
  • 3+ years of Oracle EBS experience
  • Detailed understanding of Order Management (OM) and related modules such as INV, WSH, PO, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Knowledge of EDI processes (850, 855, etc.)
  • Picking and Shipping
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, projects, etc. to maintain a high productivity level
  • Ability to work with users in order to implement solutions and business processes
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate to users and developers


Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • SQL
  • Experience with Automotive Aftermarket business and processes
  • Integration with Inventory and Purchasing modules
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Experience with forms personalization development


Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred
  • Any related Oracle certificates is beneficial but not required


Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 15 %
  • Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
