Our client is seeking an individual to join their IT Service Desk team as they roll out M365, OneDrive and SharePoint online to their company. They will be responsible for answering calls/ resolving tickets for end users issues questions in regards to M365, OneDrive and SharePoint online. He/She should have excellent customer service skills including customer-oriented telephone and email/chat abilities that respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests. He/She must be comfortable with participating in weekly staff meetings - reporting on the most common user issues and how the IT service Desk team can best combat them proactively.
Compensation:
$22/hr to $25/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
