Job Title: Reporting Analyst

At Service Coordination, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and other important metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reported data through meticulous validation processes.
  • Present analytical findings to non-technical audiences, translating data into understandable and actionable business insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Years of experience and/or relevant certifications in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or other related areas may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Technical proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for developing complex reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes to support robust data solutions that power business decisions.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience, demonstrating a track record of managing large datasets and delivering actionable business intelligence reporting.
