Overview

We have partnered with a global leader who is looking for a Lead Solutions Architect to design scalable technology solutions, aligning with business goals and IT strategy. This role provides strategic direction, mentoring, and ensures solutions meet business needs while adhering to the overall technology roadmap. Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial to drive outcomes and maintain alignment with IT goals.


Responsibilities

  • Align architecture with business goals (speed, scalability, reliability) and ensure compliance with standards
  • Enhance models using domain-driven design and promote organization-wide adoption
  • Develop execution plans for solution designs and collaborate with stakeholders for consistent implementation
  • Influence strategies by aligning IT capabilities with business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise, training, and clear communication to stakeholders on impacts
  • Contribute to IT strategy, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Performance Engineering, enterprise system design, and integration
  • Strong experience in SDLC (Agile, Waterfall), SOA, and architecture principles
  • Strong skills in Virtualization, Cloud, APIs, Microservices, and Automation
  • Experience in Project Management, Architecture Governance, and Cost Optimization
  • Proven ability to optimize performance, resolve bottlenecks, and implement KPIs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Change Management and Domain expertise
