Summary:

At Sendero Provisions Co., we’re on the hunt for a creative and passionate Women's Social Media & Content Manager to lead our women’s social media channels and content creation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content and managing our women-focused social media strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Brand Director, Social Media Manager, and CEO/Creative Director to shape and enhance the voice of our women's brand across multiple platforms. This position is integral to our mission of expanding the reach and impact of Sendero’s women’s apparel line across the country.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Other duties may be assigned on an as-needed basis)

  • Develop and implement content strategies specifically tailored for women's products across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Sendero’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Curate, source, schedule, and publish daily posts across social media platforms to maintain a consistent and timely presence.
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to coordinate and execute supporting social campaigns for key product/brand launches.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to refine messaging and ensure consistency in communication across all platforms.
  • Actively grow and engage Sendero's audience on existing and new social media channels by testing innovative approaches and staying updated with current trends.
  • Conceptualize and execute social content series and programming aimed at enriching community interaction with the brand.
  • Maintain an “always on” work flexibility to handle communication needs promptly outside of typical business hours and actively respond to DMs, engage with tagged content, and comment to foster a strong connection with our audience.
  • Monitor online conversations and trends to deliver timely and brand-cohesive responses, enhancing audience satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer service needs, audience feedback, content ideas, and trending topics to foster a proactive approach to community management.
  • Organize and present detailed reports and insights on channel performance and campaign effectiveness, facilitating ongoing improvements in strategy and execution.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in social media or marketing roles.
  • Stellar writing and editing abilities, evidenced by past engaging content.
  • Organized, proactive, and adept at multitasking.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and tools like Facebook Business Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content creation.
  • Understanding of Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator.
  • Video editing skills will be prioritized, especially experience using native video editors in Social Platforms.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and accept feedback gracefully.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about curating captivating lifestyle content.


Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sendero HQ Non-Remote
