Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at the Power and Flow division in the Power Technique business area. The role requires a creative individual with a passion for writing compelling content across multiple platforms, a strong understanding of SEO principles, and the ability to adapt writing style for various formats, including websites, press releases, and marketing presentations. In addition, the ideal candidate will provide crucial support to the Divisional Marcom manager in creating content which supports marketing initiatives for the Portable Power and Portable Flow pillars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Write high-quality, engaging written content for websites, blogs, press releases, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in all written content to optimize search engine rankings and increase online visibility.
  • Website Content: Write and update website copy to reflect brand tone and ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  • Customer Stories: Collaborate with customer centers for customer stories and testimonials.
  • Press Releases: Draft press releases while ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Presentation Support: Create, design, and manage PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and brand consistency.
  • Content Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on content performance and engagement for insights to improve future content and marketing strategies.
  • Brand representation: Ensure that all materials meet brand standards and greenwashing guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. English as native language required.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • SEO Knowledge: Good understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies in written content.
  • Digital content savvy: Familiarity with social media content creation and website content.
  • Research skills: Competitor keyword and digital footprint analysis.
  • Video content: Experience in video production and ability to manage photo and video shoots for products at the factory and on customer sites.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaboration: A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.



Compensation:

$80,000 to $90,000 per year annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
