Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel plans.
  • Support project management tasks by helping track timelines, managing documents, and coordinating between teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for internal and external use.
  • Help coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring information flows smoothly across the organization.
  • Assist the marketing team with gathering data, tracking competitors, and organizing findings to support strategy development.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, administrative roles, marketing or business development, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to a full-time, office-based role with flexible working hours.
