Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist who is driven, data-savvy, and eager to make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve our business objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving campaign strategy, planning, and execution across various digital platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Search, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
You will collaborate closely with our marketing campaign team to create, analyze, and optimize holistic paid campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, repurchase, and overall performance marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital performance marketing on platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Instagram, focusing on customer acquisition and remarketing.
- Lead digital performance marketing, including Google ads, display ads, and additional shopping platforms.
- Manage paid media partner relationships for Amazon Ads ensuring effective collaboration and campaign success.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for paid media platforms, aligning with overall marketing objectives. This includes audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign scheduling.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, targeting, and placement optimization. Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team, including search, email, social, affiliate, content, and platform media partners, to drive a seamless and effective marketing approach.
- Advise performance marketing budget setting and program allocation to meet targets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Develop and scale always-on paid media creative reporting, using data to guide optimizations and weekly requests.
- Create new customer acquisition strategies using data to identify new opportunities, channel forecasts, and incremental gains.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience managing and leading paid digital performance marketing and campaign execution. Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns for direct-to-consumer eCommerce, either in an agency or client-side environment.
- Mastery of spreadsheets, including pivot tables and performance trend graphs. Experience importing and exporting data between platforms like Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong awareness of eCommerce analytics with a proactive, data-driven, and creative approach.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings, with a growth-driven mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing performance marketing budgets across major digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Amazon.
- Demonstrated proficiency in new customer acquisition tactics and a desire to continuously test and scale new tactics to improve efficiency.
