In this role, you will support production operations team in helping to develop new tooling, fixtures, re-design production process to streamline efficiency and provide guidance to the production team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of aerospace systems and components.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of aerospace technology and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Document and analyze test data to support engineering projects.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
