Hybrid Senior Manager, Trade Marketing

Our client, a prestige fragrance development and distribution company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Trade Marketing - Prestige to join their team at a hybrid capacity in their NYC office (2-3 days in-office per week). This person will support assist in developing and executing trade marketing strategies for North America and collaborate with global marketing and NA sales teams for brand plans and launches.


Job Duties Include:

  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches and promotions in North America
  • Partner with sales for account sell-in materials and promotional collateral
  • Manage promotional allocations and sampling programs
  • Ensure timely execution of product launches and holiday promotions
  • Develop and lead retailer events and toolkits
  • Facilitate marketing presentations for specific accounts
  • Manage in-store visual and advertising needs, including e-commerce and social media
  • Coordinate creative brief process for marketing requests
  • Collaborate with marketing team for brand assets and storytelling
  • Maintain retailer scorecards and ensure rich library of assets on websites
  • Analyze retail sales by account on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Recap new product launches and provide ROI analysis
  • Monitor competition through store visits, catalog reviews, and social media
  • Track retail sales performance and NPD for new launches
  • Participate in forecasting meetings and anticipate account needs


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive Brand Management experience in beauty category
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of prestige fragrance marketplace and international markets preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for analysis, reports, and presentations


Salary: $120k annually
