Nina Berenato Jewelry is seeking a Full-time District Manager to oversee and support our retail teams in the Texas region. We are looking for a results-driven candidate with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for this position.


At Nina Berenato Jewelry District managers are responsible for setting and tracking regional goals such as sales metrics and revenue projections, ensuring that sales and marketing efforts are consistent across each store, managing a regional budget, collaborating between departments (Inventory, Visuals, Marketing) to achieve and exceed company-wide goals, ensuring that each store operates within the budget, reporting directly to the CEO with retail-related data, among other responsibilities.


District managers will also oversee the hiring, training, recruiting, onboarding and firing of store managers, requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills.


Responsibilities

  • Reads. analyzes & Reports on data - store video, sales data, employee & CEO feedback.
  • Analyses past data to understand historically relevant info that can push current locations forward.
  • Trains & Develops Sales Managers (alongside CEO) & Operations Assistant Managers ensuring effective and highly trained staff is in place.
  • Delivers monthly conversations to Sales manager & Ops Assistant Managers to encourage growth and investment in the business' goals.
  • Project Manages retail initiatives.
  • Serves as point of contact for all retail related tasks within HQ Departments.
  • Collaborates with HQ teams to push company-wide initiatives forward.
  • Closely monitors sales & develops strategy plans with the CEO based on data and team feedback.
  • Conducts store visits within Texas locations to engage staff and keep them inspired.
  • Develops proposals and directives to meet identified challenges or areas of opportunity.
  • Reviews in-store feedback and task lists for completion.
  • Responsible for overall retail budget.
  • Ensures that retail management roles are operating effectively in all locations.
  • Ensures effective recruiting and training within all Texas locations.
  • Calculates bonus for Payroll and manages payroll budget within locations.
  • Oversees the overall efficiency & effectiveness of stores.
  • Maintains the company culture across Texas locations.
  • Works with HR to review policy and in-store HR concerns.
  • Creating and monitoring P&L statements.


Qualifications

  • High level Excel/Google sheets skills.
  • High level Data analysis skills.
  • At least 5 years District Management experience with 3 locations +.
  • Ability to travel outside of Austin at least 1 day/week.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team building skills.
  • High confidence level and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in Shopify preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
  • Leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
