Position: Brand Development Trainee


We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic entry-level Retail Representative to bolster our sales and promotions teams. Our focus is on nurturing and cultivating a competitive spirit and leadership qualities in all potential candidates. This role presents a valuable opportunity for individuals keen on gaining experience in team leadership, sales, and entrepreneurship, those with a penchant for competition.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily in face-to-face interactions with potential new consumers, imparting knowledge about current promotions in a retail setting.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to our existing clientele.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador through retail marketing campaigns.
  • Interact directly with retail consumers, ensuring high-quality customer service at all times.
  • Act as the primary contact for all consumer relations.
  • Proactively generate leads and stimulate sales.


Qualifications:

  • 0 to 1 year of customer service, marketing, and/or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory (PAID TRAINING PROVIDED).
  • Possess a student mentality, eager to learn and grow.
  • Natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
